You can navigate and visit without an account, if you decide to make a purchase you will have to signup for an account, where you will be

 able to use all the features for clients with accounts, like the history of the purchases you made, tracking orders...

Do you keep a copy of my credit card info?

NO, we do not keep any copies of any customer's credit card information, it is simply used by our secured payment gateways and

payment processor.

Do you also have a regular store?

No, Arabic cartoons exist only on the internet

Why don't you have a phone number?

We currently do not have the time or resources to start taking phone orders or offer customer service, instead please contact us by email

Please tell us more about your cartoons:

These cartoons are in arabic language,there is no subtitling,most of them are from the 70's and 80's,they are in NTSC format with DVD

 region 1 or 0 encoding, mostly imprted from Kuwait

What type of media is it?

DVD

How do I know that they will play on my dvd player?

The majority of the buyers are from the US and Canada,they buy NTSC cartoons with region encoding 1 or 0,they will play on 99% of the

existing and recent DVD players not older than the year 2002 ,you need to make sure what your system is either NTSC,Pal,or Secam and

which region encoding are you using 1,2,3,4,5 or 6, you are responsible for the compatibility, Those cartoons are tested on 4 different

DVD players to make sure they do not skip.

Please see your DVD manual or contact your DVD manufacturer to find out if they play media, you are responsible for the compatibility

How much do you charge for shipping?

Wether you are in the US or overseas, shipping will be automatically calculated for you, just add a product to the shopping cart, click on

checkout and before you check out you will see the shipping charge.

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, for the US, when shipped via USPS priority mail, all other careers usually include a tracking number.If you live overseas outside of

the US, your package will not have a tracking number when shipped via regular airmail, if you require to have a tracking number, you will

need to have your package mailed via EMS express

How long does it take to get my order?

If not vey busy I might ship your order in just 3 days,but sometimes it happens where I have a very heavy load of orders then it might take

between 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer

How long does it take to get my order if I am outside of the US?

Depending on what career you would like to use It will take approximately 3 to 5 days with express shipment with DHL, Fedex or UPS, and

USPS airmail can take between 7 to 14 days

What happens if I do not get my order?

We will deal with the insurance and you will be sent a replacement of your order so in anyways you are covered

What happens if I get damaged cartoons?

Just return them for a replacement of the same cartoon

When will you get more cartoons?

I am always looking for new cartoons all over the world, If I get any new one it will be sold here
